When purchasing tickets for events organized or co-promoted by the Company, information may be collected from ticketing agents, including name, contact details, ticket purchase info (e.g., number of tickets, seats).

When attending an event, the Company may collect personal information through:

  • CCTV cameras (clearly indicated with signage),

  • Free Wi-Fi networks (if the user registers to use them),

  • Contactless payment wristbands used for event access and purchases.

When using the Company’s websites or apps, it collects browser/device type, IP address, location data, referring site, browsing activity, and visited sites. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

When using social features on our site or apps, the respective social platform may share certain user information with the Company.

If accessibility needs are present, the Company may collect specific health-related data (with explicit consent) to ensure an inclusive experience.

In rare cases of data collection about minors, parental consent is always required, and such information is used solely for the specified purpose.

The Company may work with providers analyzing geodemographic data to further personalize services. To opt out, refer to the “User Choices and Rights” section.

How and Why User Information is Used

This section outlines how and why the Company uses information, and the legal basis for processing.

1. To Fulfill Contracts

The Company uses personal data to:

  • Process orders;

  • Receive payments;

  • Provide customer support.

2. For the Company’s Legitimate Interests

  • Conduct market research and analysis to improve services;

  • Carry out marketing activities (unless user consent is required);

  • Send service-related emails (e.g., confirmations, event reminders);

  • Detect or prevent illegal activity (e.g., fraud, ticket scalping, IP infringement);

  • Create user profiles to personalize services. E.g., if a user buys pop concert tickets and consents to marketing, the Company may suggest similar events.

Personalization Settings

By better understanding the user, the Company can offer a more tailored service. A user profile is created based on known information and service usage.

How to Opt Out of Personalization

Simply disable the “Allow Personalisation” setting in your account. The Company will cease all personalization efforts and only use data for essential services like fraud prevention.

What Happens When You Opt Out?

You will no longer receive tailored content, and newsletters will contain general information (unless you’ve specifically requested updates about certain artists or locations).
Profiling necessary for service delivery (e.g., fraud prevention) will still occur if relevant.

Is Opting Out of Personalization the Same as Opting Out of Cookies?

No—they are separate. Use the dedicated cookie consent tool to control cookie settings. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
