USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE SHOW

Box office opening for ticket collection:
11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

In-theater admission:
from 6 p.m.

Show start:
8:00 p.m.

You are required to arrive at the theater no later than 6:00 p.m. in order to allow security checks and procedures related to securing cell phones to run smoothly.

We strongly recommend that you show up for ticket collection at the box office as early as possible during the day, as early as 11:00 am. In fact, it will be possible to collect the tickets in advance and then return to the Theater by the scheduled entrance time of 6:00 pm.

The show will start strictly at 8:00 pm.

COLLECTION OF TICKETS

Tickets will only be collected at the venue on 13 May from 11am to 6:30pm, at the theatre box office.

To collect your ticket, you will need to show your valid ID (photocopies will not be accepted).

Each ticket will be given to the single participant whose name appears on it: it will therefore not be possible for one person to collect more than one ticket, even if part of the same order.

CHANGE OF NAME

Any change of ticket name can only take place on the day of the show at the theatre box office: the original ticket holder must physically present him/herself together with the person replacing him/her. Both must show a valid identity document (photocopies will not be accepted).

If the original purchaser cannot be present, the substitute must bring (in addition to his/her own valid ID) an original ID from the first purchaser. Photocopies of documents or proxies will not be accepted.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs, audio and video recordings will be made within the venue.

By entering the event area, you consent to such recordings and their dissemination, publication, display or reproduction.

PHONE-FREE EVENT

THIS EVENT IS A PHONE-FREE SHOW

What is a phone-free show?

Just as it sounds. Use of phones/ digital devices will not be permitted in the performance space.

How does it work?

Upon arrival at the venue, Yondr (the phone-pouching company hired to do this) will have staff available to help you put your phone in a lockable pouch which you keep throughout the night. There will be ticket writers on site to assist if required.

What happens if I have an emergency and need to access my phone?

You can unlock your phone from the pouch at any time by going to the clearly marked ‘Phone Use Area.’ See any usher or Yondr staff if you need help finding it.

What about paying in bars or merchandise?

If you use your phone for contactless payments, make sure you bring your physical credit/debit card or cash with you.

Why are you doing this & is it mandatory?

Yes, it is mandatory, we’re convinced this makes for a better show for everyone involved. Our eyes open a bit wider and our senses are slightly more heightened when we lose the technology crutch we’ve become accustomed to. And yes, it’s a non-negotiable deal.
