VIP CHECK-IN TIMES: 5.45 PM - 6.00 PM

VIP CHECK-IN LOCATION: BOX OFFICE (see map), look for the VIP NATION check-in desk.

Please ensure you register with us no later than 6.00 PM to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

Once the early entry period is over, the regular doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the line in any way.

LATECOMERS

If you miss the VIP registration period, you can still check in to collect your VIP gift item at ox Office (please see the map below) until 8:30 PM.

Please note: Uncollected gift items cannot be posted out after the show.

I am gifting / someone has gifted me a ticket?

IDs with the same surname or a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID are acceptable.

Someone transferred me their ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website

If you have received your ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website, you only need to bring your own ID.

  

I purchased a ticket via Ticketmaster Verified Resale

If you have purchased your ticket via Ticketmaster official resale, you only need to bring your own ID. Third party resale sites such as Viagogo may not be accepted.

  

Do I still get VIP benefits if I have received a ticket via name change / Resale?

Yes, if you have received / purchased a VIP ticket via name change or resale, you will get the VIP benefits included in the ticket purchased.

 

Can I check-in for my whole party?

Your party will need to be present for us to check them in. If you are arriving at different times, please send a copy of your ID to them so we can complete check-in.

• Early entry access to the standing floor to claim your spot before standard ticket holders*
• Official VIP laminate and lanyard**
• Exclusive VIP Mumford and Sons program**
• A specially designed Mumford and Sons litho print**

• Pre-show merchandise shopping (where available)
• On-site event staff and a convenient merchandise collection point

*Early Entry allows you to access the venue before the general doors open, giving you the opportunity to get closer to the stage. However, please note that there is no separate area reserved exclusively for Early Entry ticket holders. The exact schedule is subject to production requirements and may be communicated only a few days before the show.

**The included gifts and wristbands must be collected before the show, following the instructions you will receive via email. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship gifts after the show.
