I Seether sono una band post grunge formatasi nel 1999 in Sudafrica.
I membri fondatori del gruppo sono Shaun Morgan (voce e chitarra), David Cohoe (batteria) e Dale Stewart (basso), e sono una delle migliori rock band sudafricane. Il nome del gruppo, inizialmente, era Saron Gas e la loro musica era influenzata da grandi band di fama internazionale, quali Black Sabbath, Deftones, Creed e Nirvana.
