Entry to the concert area will be permitted from 15:30.
We would advise you to arrive at the entrances to the reserved area in good time, but we strongly advise against turning up at the gates as early as the day before the concert.
REGULATIONS
1.1 Entry to the Venue is subject to compliance with these regulations;
1.2 Entry is permitted only to holders of a valid admission ticket;
1.3 The admission ticket must be retained until the end of the event and upon leaving the Venue; it must be produced at any time upon request by security staff. The ticket ceases to be valid once you have exited the venue’s gates;
1.4 You may bring in non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles no larger than 0.5 litres, provided they have no cap. At the on-site bars, drinks will be served in disposable cups and bottles will be sold without caps;
1.5 A video surveillance system is in operation both inside and outside the venue for the purposes of security and the protection of the venue. All recorded footage will, if necessary, be made available to the judicial authorities and the judicial police. The video surveillance systems in place comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended;
1.6 To ensure public safety, checks are carried out at the entrance to the Venue by on-duty staff and the police, including the use of metal detectors;
2.1 Loitering or sitting on staircases, access and evacuation routes, and any other passageways designated as emergency exits;
2.2 Damaging or tampering in any way with the Facility’s structures, infrastructure and services;
2.3 Climbing onto balustrades, parapets, partitions and other structures not intended for the presence or loitering of the public;
2.4 Carrying out any kind of commercial activity that has not been authorised in advance, in writing, by the Venue Management;
2.5 Behaviour likely to create dangerous situations, to endanger the safety of any person or to contravene public order, such as to disrupt in any way the orderly conduct of an Event or to prevent its peaceful enjoyment;
2.6 Entering and remaining on the premises whilst intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
2.7 Displaying any material that obstructs the view of other spectators, interferes with emergency signage or, in any way, obstructs escape routes to the exits;
2.8 Engaging in aggressive behaviour towards security staff;
3.1 Firearms, imitation weapons or objects resembling weapons, knives and other objects with sharp or pointed edges. Ammunition, imitation ammunition or any object resembling ammunition;
3.2 Explosive or flammable materials, chemicals or incendiary devices
3.3 Fireworks, rockets and firecrackers;
3.4 Glass bottles, tins or plastic and metal water bottles;
3.5 Non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with a capacity exceeding 0.5 litres. Non-alcoholic drinks are limited to one plastic bottle of no more than 0.5 litres, without a cap;
3.6 Alcoholic drinks not purchased on the premises;
3.7 Animals of any kind or size (except for trained guide dogs and assistance dogs);
3.8 Illegal substances, including drugs and needles (unless required for valid medical reasons);
3.9 Poles, rods, sticks, umbrellas, large photographic equipment (e.g. tripods), selfie sticks and bats;
3.10 Drones or remotely piloted aerial vehicles;
3.11 Motorcycles, bicycles, skates, skateboards, hoverboards and kick scooters;
3.12 Electronic transmission equipment, power banks or laser pointers;
3.13 Suitcases, trolleys, bags and rucksacks larger than 15 litres, or items too large to pass through security screening;
3.14 Stadium vuvuzelas, pepper spray cans and aerosol cans (such as mosquito repellents, deodorants, sun creams, etc.);
3.15 Tents and sleeping bags;
3.16 Musical instruments;
3.17 Audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, Go[1]Pro, iPads and tablets;
3.18 Helmets, chains and any other objects capable of causing harm;
Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in the immediate termination of the service contract entered into upon the purchase and possession of the admission ticket, and the application of any penalties provided for under current legislation. Law enforcement officers present may supplement these Regulations.
