For safety reasons, control services will be in place in areas close to the concert site, as well as at the entrance to the area where the event will take place.
Pre-screening checks will also be carried out near the concert arena: only ticket holders will be allowed to access the areas surrounding the arena, except for residents and specific cases, to ensure maximum safety.
VENUE REGULATIONS
1. PLEASE NOTE THAT:
1.1 Access to the Venue implies compliance with these regulations;
1.2 Entry is permitted only to holders of a valid ticket;
1.3 The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and until leaving the Venue; it must be shown at any time upon request by control staff. The ticket will no longer be valid once the holder has exited the Venue gates;
1.4 It is permitted to enter with non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles no larger than 0.5 litres, provided they are without caps. At the internal bars, drinks will be served in disposable cups and bottles will be sold without caps;
1.5 For security purposes and to protect the Venue, a video surveillance system is active both inside and outside the Venue. If necessary, all recorded images will be made available to the Judicial Authority and the Judicial Police. The video surveillance systems in place comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended;
1.6 To protect everyone’s safety, entrance checks will be carried out by service staff and Police Forces, including through the use of metal detectors;
2. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOUR:
2.1 Standing or sitting on stairways, access and exit routes, or any other passage intended as an emergency exit;
2.2 Damaging or tampering in any way with the Venue’s structures, infrastructure and services;
2.3 Climbing on railings, parapets, partitions or other structures not intended for public access or standing;
2.4 Carrying out any kind of commercial activity that has not been previously authorised in writing by the Venue Management;
2.5 Any behaviour that may create dangerous situations, endanger the safety of any person or be contrary to public order, disturb the orderly running of an Event in any way or prevent its peaceful enjoyment;
2.6 Entering or remaining in the Venue while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
2.7 Displaying material that obstructs the visibility of other spectators, interferes with emergency signage or otherwise obstructs escape routes towards the exits;
2.8 Acting aggressively towards control staff;
3. PROHIBITED ITEMS
3.1 Firearms, fake weapons or objects similar to weapons, knives and other sharp or pointed objects. Ammunition, fake ammunition or any object resembling ammunition;
3.2 Explosive or flammable materials, chemicals or incendiary devices;
3.3 Fireworks, rockets and firecrackers;
3.4 Glass bottles, cans or metal water bottles;
3.5 Non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles with a capacity greater than 0.5 litres. Non-alcoholic beverages are limited to one plastic bottle no larger than 0.5 litres, without cap;
3.6 Alcoholic beverages not purchased inside the Venue;
3.7 Animals of any kind and size, except trained guide and assistance dogs;
3.8 Illegal substances, including drugs and needles, unless required for valid medical reasons;
3.9 Poles, rods, sticks, umbrellas, large photographic equipment such as tripods, selfie sticks and bats;
3.10 Drones or remote-controlled aerial devices;
3.11 Motorcycles, bicycles, skates, skateboards and hoverboards;
3.12 Electronic transmission equipment, power banks or laser pointers;
3.13 Suitcases, trolleys, bags and backpacks larger than 15 litres, or items too large for security checks;
3.14 Stadium horns, pepper spray canisters and spray cans, such as mosquito repellent, deodorants, sunscreen sprays, etc.;
3.15 Tents and sleeping bags;
3.16 Musical instruments;
3.17 Audio/video recording equipment, professional and semi-professional cameras, GoPros, iPads and tablets;
3.18 Helmets, chains and any other objects that may be used to cause harm.
Failure to comply with these Regulations may result in the immediate termination of the service contract established through the purchase and possession of the ticket, as well as the application of any sanctions provided for by current legislation. The Police Forces present may supplement these Regulations.
