Please read the below information carefully and in its entirety, as it contains important information about your VIP PACKAGE (scroll down to find the information related to yours).

SOUNDCHECK GA VIP PACKAGE
VIP CHECK-IN TIMES: 2.00 PM - 5.30 PM
VIP CHECK-IN LOCATION: GATE 5 (see map), look for the VIP NATION check-in desk.
Please ensure you register at the VIP NATION check-in no later than 5.30 PM to ensure all elements of your VIP package are provided.
Please note, uncollected gift items cannot be posted out after the show.
Your show tickets may display different gates, entrances or timings. Please ensure you follow the instructions we have provided to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

If you miss the VIP registration times listed above, you may check in at GATE 5 after doors open to the public, until 8:00 PM.
Please note, you’ll need to wait until general doors open to collect. Late VIP gift collections will be available until 8:00 PM. Uncollected VIP gift items cannot be posted out after the show.

- SHOW TICKETS
*We need to see an ID matching the purchaser's name on the booking. Acceptable forms of ID include: drivers licence, passport, or bankcard.
I am gifting / someone has gifted me a ticket?
IDs with the same surname or a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID are acceptable.
Someone transferred me their ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website
If you have received your ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website, you only need to bring your own ID.
I purchased a ticket via Ticketmaster Verified Resale
If you have purchased your ticket via Ticketmaster official resale, you only need to bring your own ID. Third party resale sites such as Viagogo may not be accepted.
Do I still get VIP benefits if I have received a ticket via name change / Resale?
Yes, if you have received / purchased a VIP ticket via name change or resale, you will get the VIP benefits included in the ticket purchased.
Can I check-in for my whole party?
Your party will need to be present for us to check them in. If you are arriving at different times, please send a copy of your ID to them so we can complete check-in.

We know it may have been a little while since you booked your VIP package, so here’s a quick reminder of everything that’s included.
The package includes:
- One general admission standing ticket to the show*
- Access to the pre-show TWICE soundcheck**
- Exclusive VIP gift item***
- VIP laminate and lanyard***
- Pre-show tour merchandise shopping opportunity (where available)
- Early entry to the venue**
- Designated check-in and on-site VIP event staff
*GA entry will be randomized. Unofficial number system will not be honoured.
**Early entry gives you the opportunity to access the venue before the official door opening time, allowing you to get closer to the stage. However, there is no separate or reserved area dedicated exclusively to package holders. Once early entry has ended, the regular doors will open, and it will not be possible to skip the line in any way.
***The included gifts must be collected before the show by following the provided instructions. They cannot be shipped after the show.
