If you have received your ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website, you only need to bring your own ID.

I purchased a ticket via Ticketmaster Verified Resale

If you have purchased your ticket via Ticketmaster official resale, you only need to bring your own ID. Third party resale sites such as Viagogo may not be accepted.

Do I still get VIP benefits if I have received a ticket via name change / Resale?

Yes, if you have received / purchased a VIP ticket via name change or resale, you will get the VIP benefits included in the ticket purchased.

Can I check-in for my whole party?

Your party will need to be present for us to check them in. If you are arriving at different times, please send a copy of your ID to them so we can complete check-in.
