Please read the below information carefully and in its entirety, as it contains important information about your VIP PACKAGE (scroll down to find the information related to yours).

EARLY ENTRY VIP PACKAGE
VIP CHECK-IN TIMES:
VIP CHECK-IN
Please ensure you register with us no later than 5.30 PM to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.
Once the early entry period is over, the regular doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the line in any way.
Your show tickets may display different gates, entrances or timings. Please ensure you follow the instructions we have provided to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

If you arrive late and miss the early entry, you can still collect the contents of your package at the ticket office no later than 8:00 PM.
It will not be possible to send you the contents of the package after the event.

We are so sorry but due to unforeseen logistical issues, the merchandise included in your package has been delayed and won’t arrive in time for the show, these items will now be posted to you. We are working hard to ensure your merchandise reaches you as quickly as possible.
To allow us to ship your merchandise, we kindly ask you to complete the following form:
The deadline for submission is October 26th 2025 (one 1 week after the show date). After this date, we will be unable to make any further amendments to postage details.
We completely understand this may not be what you were expecting, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

- SHOW TICKETS
*We need to see an ID matching the purchaser's name on the booking. Acceptable forms of ID include: drivers licence, passport, or bankcard.

I am gifting / someone has gifted me a ticket?
IDs with the same surname or a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID are acceptable.
Someone transferred me their ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website
If you have received your ticket via a name change processed on the official ticketing website, you only need to bring your own ID.
I purchased a ticket via Ticketmaster Verified Resale
If you have purchased your ticket via Ticketmaster official resale, you only need to bring your own ID. Third party resale sites such as Viagogo may not be accepted.
Do I still get VIP benefits if I have received a ticket via name change / Resale?
Yes, if you have received / purchased a VIP ticket via name change or resale, you will get the VIP benefits included in the ticket purchased.
Can I check-in for my whole party?
Your party will need to be present for us to check them in. If you are arriving at different times, please send a copy of your ID to them so we can complete check-in.

- Early entry into the venue*
- Limited edition Lady Gaga merchandise item created exclusively for VIP package purchasers

- VIP concierge team and on-site hosts
*Early entry allows you to access the venue before the official door opening time, giving you the chance to get closer to the stage. However, there is no separate or restricted area reserved exclusively for early entry package holders. Once the early entry period is over, the regular doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the line in any way.
