It’s nearly time for your J.I.D show!
Please read the below information carefully and in its entirety, as it contains important information about your VIP PACKAGE (scroll down to find the information related to yours).
Venue: FABRIQUE, MILANO

MEET & GREET
VIP CHECK-IN TIMES: 5.30 - 6.00 PM
VIP CHECK-IN LOCATION: VIA GAUDENZIO FANTOLI 9 (see map).
Please ensure you register at the check-in no later than 6.00 PM to ensure all elements of your VIP package are provided.
Please note, uncollected gift items cannot be posted out after the show.
Your show tickets may display different gates, entrances or timings. Please ensure you follow the instructions we have provided to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

If you miss the VIP registration times listed above, you may check in at the box office after doors open to the public, until 8:30 PM.
Please note, uncollected gift items cannot be posted out after the show.

- SHOW TICKETS
*We need to see an ID matching the purchaser's name on the booking. Acceptable forms of ID include: drivers licence, passport, or bankcard.
● Commemorative VIP Laminate: You will receive your Commemorative VIP Laminate at Check-In. Please hold onto it throughout the evening, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. We are unable to ship items after the show.
● VIP Merchandise: You will receive your VIP merchandise at Check-In. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your items. We are not liable for lost or stolen items. We are unable to ship merchandise after the show.
● Meet & Greet: A tour representative will meet you at Check-In and escort you to your Meet & Greet with JID. Your photo will be taken by a tour representative on your personal device (phone, iPad, etc). Please have it out and ready.
● First Entry: After your VIP Experience you will remain inside the venue and be granted First Entry to the show.
● Crowd Free Merch Shopping: Upon entering the venue, you will have access to Crowd Free Merch Shopping.
● Event Ticket: Please refer to your original point of purchase to select or confirm your ticket pick-up method.
This package is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please bring a PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on your order. If someone other than the original purchaser is attending, please supply the new attendee with a photocopy of the original purchaser’s ID.

*There is no additional separate area within the Parterre reserved exclusively for package holders. The map is for illustrative purposes only.
**Early entry gives you the opportunity to access the venue before the official door opening time and participate to the M&G activity, allowing you to get closer to the stage. Once early entry has ended, the regular doors will open, and it will not be possible to skip the line in any way. Door opening times are subject to change and entry may also take place in the morning.
***The included gifts must be collected before the show by following the provided instructions. They cannot be shipped after the show.
