VIP CHECK-IN TIMES: 5.00 PM - 5.45 PM

VIP CHECK-IN LOCATION: BOX OFFICE (see map).

Please ensure you register with us no later than 5.45 PM to ensure all the elements of your VIP package are fulfilled.

Once the early entry period is over, the regular doors will open, and it will no longer be possible to skip the line in any way.

LATECOMERS

If you miss registration for first entry, you may not be granted access to enter the venue before the general public. If this is the case, you will still be able to collect your merchandise when general admission doors open from the box office are between the times of 6.00 PM to 9.00 PM.

Please note: Uncollected gift items cannot be posted out after the show.

**Early entry allows you to access the venue before the official door opening, allowing you to find a spot closer to the stage. The door opening time is subject to change.
