Bad Bunny - Milan, 18 July | Information on refunds

Following the interruption of Bad Bunny's concert on 18 July 2026 at Ippodromo SNAI La Maura in Milan due to adverse weather conditions and its subsequent cancellation, the refund procedures and timeline are set out below.

All ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price and booking fee (equal to 15% of ticket price), according to the procedures indicated below:

Online purchases (Ticketmaster, TicketOne and Vivaticket)

For all purchases made online, no action will be required on the part of the purchaser. The refund will be made automatically using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund procedures will begin on 24 July 2026.

Purchases made at TicketOne retail outlets or at the box office on the day of the event

For purchases made at TicketOne retail outlets or at the box office on the day of the event, it will be necessary to submit a refund request through the dedicated platform: www.rimborsi.ticketone.it

The platform will be available from 24 July to 7 August 2026, and after that date the refund procedures will begin.

In the case of transactions made using Carte della Cultura and Carta del Docente, a credit equal to the value of the ticket (ticket price + 15% booking fee) will be issued and may be used to purchase another event.

In the event of technical issues (related to the payment system used at the time of purchase) affecting the processing of an individual refund request, the customer will be contacted by the Customer Care team of the ticketing company through which the purchase was made.
