GUIDE TO ORDER TICKETS FOR CONCERTS IN ITALY
Welcome at www.livenation.it. The official sales website to purchase concerts and festivals tickets in Italy. In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how you can order your tickets.
We would like to underline that original online tickets can be ordered only via www.livenation.it and www.ticketone.it. Only by these addresses you are certain you won’t pay to much money for your tickets and access to the venue is assured.

- A printer (when you would like print e-tickets)
- A credit card (American Express, Diners Club International, Maestro/Mastercard, Visa/Visa Electron, PostePay, PayPal)
0. Select your language
At the homepage of www.livenation.it you can select the English language. Click on 'IT: italiano' and select the desired language under 'Lingua'. Click on 'Vai' and the website will be in English.
1. Start at www.livenation.it
If you want to be informed about presale tickets in time you'd like to create a Live Nation account. You should activate your account after registration by clicking on a link that automatically will be send to your e-mail address. Pay attention: it is possible that you receive this activation link in your spam box!
2. Find the right artist page
There are a couple of ways to find the right artist page. You can select an artist in our 'Hot Concert Tickets' box on the left, you can select an upcoming/on sale soon event in the list on the homepage or you can use the search bar at the top. With the last, you can enter the artist you want more information from and click ‘search’.
From here you will be linked to the list with matches from you search. The available (inter)National Events/Festivals and Artist Matches will be displayed. Click on 'Find tickets' to forward to the right artist page.
* It is also easy to find an event in your area with 'Find a Concert'. Here you can insert your city or postal code and you can select the type of event you would like to visit.
3. Click on the button ‘Order Tickets’
You are now on the right artist page. When a show is on (pre)sale you'll find the button 'Concert Tickets - Buy Tickets'. Click on it and you'll be redirected to the website of our official ticketing partner TicketOne. You'll be directly linked to the right Ticket Selection menu. Here you'll be able to see and select the ticket categories and prices. If the language is not in English already, then you can select this at the top-right of your screen.
4. (a) Purchasing through Ticketone.it
In order to buy the tickets through TicketOne's website (www.ticketone.it):
1. Select the event you are interested in and click on 'Tickets'
2. In this area you can find information about pricing and availability
3. Select the date of the performance and click on it. If you need to select multiple dates from the calendar date of interest by clicking on it
4. Click on the text 'Buy now'
5. Select product and quantity and the delivery option you prefer
6. Click on 'Add to your basket' in order to visualize your order
7. Click on 'Buy' and enter your credit card data
Seatingplan booking
For some events it would be possible to select your own seats with the map of the venue. To do so:
1. Select the option "Buy trough choice from the (seat) map" clicking on the picture
2. Select the delivery option desired (pick up/express carrier). Modifying this option phase, the selected seats won't remain selected and you have to proceed to a new choice
3. Select the required seats clicking on the coloured fields, that define the several price available. After you have selected the seats you can display a box containing the description of the seat and the price (in case of reduced price you will see two different categories of price). Now you have to click on the right price
4. Down you will see the selected seats and it will be sufficient to click on the cart symbol, that appear on the lower right side of the page, and proceed the successive purchasing phase
4. (b) Purchasing calling Call Center (only from Italy)
You can buy tickets also calling (only from Italy) 892.101, Info412 of Telecom Italia, 412 TIM Trovatutto, Pronto Pagine Gialle 89.24.24, the number 892.892.
You need to inform the operator about the event you desire, number of tickets and sector. You need to provide your personal and credit card data in order to make the payment.
4. (c) Purchasing through TicketOne's and/or LisTicket's retail outlets (all based in Italy)
You can buy tickets in a TicketOne and/or LisTicket's outlets, all based in Italy.
In order to find the location of your nearest TicketOne retail outlet, please click on 'Outlet' button to the top of the screen.
If you want to know where your nearest LisTicket retail outlet is, please visit the 'LISTICKET NETWORK' section on www.listicket.it.
5. Methods of payment accepted by TicketOne Network
Tickets bought in TicketOne Retail Outlets can be paid in cash.
Tickets bought through the TicketOne.it website can only be paid by the following credit card circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, MAESTRO and also with PAYPAL.
Tickets bought through the Call Center, can only be paid by the following credit card circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS.
6. Tickets shipped / Collection at the venue
When you buy tickets through TicketOne, you can choose to receive them by post. You need to provide us with a postal address to send the tickets to (home or office).
You can choose this delivery method only if you make your ticket order at a time that is sufficiently before the date of the event.
You can also decide to collect tickets at the event venue. Sometimes restrictions can be imposed by the promoters. In that case it is possible to choose only shipment.
