Nominative Tickets - Information about the new regulation

The events subject to the new regulation, mostly big events with more than 5000 audience, on sale after July 1st 2019, require the regulatory requirement of pesonalized tickets for every ticket released and the verification of the ticket holder at the event entrance.
Every Ticket will have name and surname of the ticket holder inserted on the purchase fase, on the show day, at the gates, altogether with the ticket, it’ll be required a valid Id document to verify the correspondence of the name and surname stated .
I twill be possible to change tha name os re-sell the tickets if unable to attend the show in the official selling networks (Ticketmaster or Ticketone) where you have bought Your ticket
The relative costs of the name change or re-selling will not depend on the organisation but from the official selling systems
